In alignment with our commitment to transparency, Landlord Pro offers a no credit card required entry point. This allows you to explore our compliance tools, audit trails, and dashboard visibility before any charges are incurred.
Because this period serves as your opportunity to evaluate the software's fit for your portfolio, we generally do not offer refunds once a paid subscription has commenced.
2. Subscription and Property-Based Pricing
Our pricing is based on the number of properties managed, providing a transparent cost structure with no hidden fees, similar to industry standards.
Monthly Subscriptions
You may cancel at any time. Your access to the "Legal Shield" features will continue until the end of your current billing cycle, at which point the subscription will not renew. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for mid-month cancellations.
Annual Subscriptions
Users who commit to an annual plan receive a discounted rate. Refunds for annual plans are only considered within the first 14 days of purchase, provided no "High-Value Legal Actions" (defined below) have been taken.
3. Protection Against "Value Extraction" (Non-Refundable Actions)
To protect our intellectual property and the integrity of our regulatory engine, refunds will not be granted if a user has utilized the platform to manage specific legal exposure events. These include:
- Document Generation: Generating legally binding tenancy agreements, Section notices, or safety certificate acknowledgments.
- Audit Trail Exports: Downloading encrypted time-stamped records for use in legal disputes.
- AML and Tenant Referencing: Initiating third-party integrations for Anti-Money Laundering checks or referencing.
4. Technical Failures and Service Levels
We strive for the high performance and availability seen in leading platforms. If you experience a documented technical failure that prevents you from meeting a regulatory deadline (e.g., failing to serve a notice due to system downtime), please contact our support team via live chat or email.
We will investigate the issue and may provide a service credit or refund at our discretion.
5. FastSpring as Merchant of Record
As our payment processor, FastSpring may have specific regional requirements regarding your right to cancel. Landlord Pro adheres to all statutory "Cooling Off" periods required by UK and EU law for digital services, provided the service has not been fully performed (i.e., you have not used the "High-Value Legal Actions" listed in Section 3).
6. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
To cancel your subscription:

- Navigate to Settings → Subscription
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
